A pioneering one-to-one women’s mental health clinic offers a bespoke horticultural therapy course throughout British Summer Time (April to November) from Nature Studio. Rebecca will walk you through growing organic fruit, vegetables and herbs in a safe, therapeutic, confidential space. It blends gardening with mindfulness and focusing methods to ignite a profound connection to nature and within yourself, and addresses a range of mental health issues including chronic stress, anxiety and depression.

Course sessions are one hour, running weekly for up to 25 weeks. This follows the recommended nature dose to maximise recovery from chronic stress, anxiety and depression. Sessions are available on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. An introductory course of five sessions enables you to gain a sense of how it works, and decide whether you continue for the remainder of Summer. The course fee is calculated at £100/hour plus a booking fee, payable in up to three instalments across Summer.
Nature Studio is based between Crouch End and Finsbury Park in north London, with excellent transport links and parking.
