Introduction to Workplace Mindfulness Training

The Introduction to Workplace Mindfulness Training offers an introductory day condensing psychoeducation and take-home experiential mindfulness exercises underpinned with neuroscientific findings that is offered in the fuller courses, below.  It may be offered in a natural setting (in London only), or at your workplace.  It is a summary of key elements of the workplace training adapted from the Oxford Mindfulness Centre’s MBCT programme.

Nature-inspired Workplace Mindfulness Training

The Nature-inspired Workplace Mindfulness Training offers six one-and-a-half hour modules in a three or six session format across six weeks in your workplace.  It is delivered in your workplace using a blend of psychoeducation and take-home experiential mindfulness exercises underpinned with neuroscientific research findings.   It is adapted for the workplace from the Oxford Mindfulness Centre’s MBCT programme.  A commitment is required for participants to complete daily homework of about 15 minutes for the duration of the course.

Nature-based Workplace Mindfulness Training

The Nature-based Workplace Mindfulness Training offers three three-and-a-half hour sessions across four weeks in a park-based training centre in London.  It is delivered using a blend of psychoeducation and take-home experiential mindfulness exercises both indoors and in nature, underpinned with neuroscientific research findings.  It is adapted for the workplace from the Oxford Mindfulness Centre’s MBCT programme.  A commitment is required for participants to complete daily homework of about 15 minutes for the duration of the course.
