Gardening and gardens make daily life feel better and more manageable, whether you are an individual, couple, family or neighbourhood community. The benefits reach beyond the garden into well-being, home life, wider relationships and work life. Gardening may take place in a garden, courtyard or communal space. We offer a landscape design service that can set up the garden, that can be design in consultation with the community. We also offer tailored courses to work the garden once the structure is in place.

Nature-based Mindfulness Training
The Nature-based Mindfulness Training offers either a taster, introductory day or three three-and-a-half hour sessions across four weeks in a park-based training centre in London. It is delivered using a blend of psychoeducation and take-home experiential mindfulness exercises both indoors and in nature, underpinned with neuroscientific research findings. It is adapted for non-therapeutic community settings from the Oxford Mindfulness Centre’s Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy programme. A commitment is required for participants to complete daily homework of about 20 minutes for the duration of the full course.
