Mindful gardening

Many gardeners correctly sense intuitively that gardening promotes good mental health. It also supports the recovery from many forms of mental ill-health and associated broader difficulties, whether from stress, anxiety, panic attacks, anger, depression, psychosis, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma or eating disorders. We offer one-to-one and group courses in mindful gardening, based on a blend of mindfulness exercises and gardening activities. We also offer landscape design services to develop gardens that are sensitive to a tender psyche, which can be developed with those with mental health difficulties.
