Therapeutic gardening

Many gardeners correctly sense intuitively that gardening promotes good mental health. It also supports the recovery from many forms of mental ill-health and associated broader difficulties, whether from stress, anxiety, panic attacks, anger, depression, psychosis, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma or eating disorders. We offer group courses in therapeutic gardening. We also offer landscape design services to develop gardens for mental well-being, which can be developed with those with mental health difficulties.
